A man whose arrest and subsequent sickness was televised on the A&E channel’s Female Forces reality show filed a lawsuit against the network saying that his civil rights were violated. This is the latest in a string of legal action taken against the network.

An Oregon masseuse has accused Al Gore for sexual misconduct during an encounter in a Portland hotel room. The woman, a licensed professional, describes the former Vice President and global warming hoaxter as a “Sex crazed poodle” who repeatedly asked her to grant sexual stimulation during the massage and ultimately forced himself on top of her on the bed. Originally keeping mum about the incident, she accepted $1 million from the National Enquirer to reveal her story which comes complete with a police report and a Clinton-esque stained clothing.

Chaotic U.S. Open ends with unlikely McDowell win - by Bruce Tyson - Helium
One stroke was all it took to hand the U.S. Open championship to Graeme McDowell, a 30 year old from Northern Ireland. The surprise ending was a dream come true for McDowell as the biggest names in golf imploded. McDowell is the first European in thirty years to win the event, McDowell was able to persist with a cool head as favorite Dustin Johnson suffered collapse. McDowell finished just ahead of Frenchman Gregory Havret.

Known for vicious tactics, bold confrontations, and radical ideology, White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel is expected to step down in the near future. He is being blamed by some for failing to get Democrat lawmakers squarely behind the Obama agenda. Sources say Emanuel has a good relationship with Obama, and some discount the news as speculation.

The software, codenamed “Thelonius” has gone through a thorough beta process and is now ready to run your Web site. The last major version, WordPress 2.9 was downloaded more than ten million times, a measure of the software’s popularity. With version 3.0, WordPress takes a distinct turn away from being a blogging-specific platform into becoming a native Web Content Management System (CMS) that is available to support personal, business, academic, and corporate Web sites as well as blogs.
