BP oil leak worse than thought: Obama regime seeks new ideas - by Bruce Tyson - Helium

The BP oil leak is worse than experts first thought according to sources familiar with the situation. Officially, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) had announced that the rate of oil flowing from the BP oil leak into the Gulf of Mexico was 5,000 barrels daily. New reports published by National Public Radio (NPR) and the New York Times, however, now place the rate of discharge at nearly 70,000 barrels per day, a number significantly higher than originally estimated.
