Learn about the Kaizen principle

The Kaizen principle, perfected by the Japanese, is one of constant incremental change with the intention of accomplishing great things over time. Through the use of small changes, risk and cost remains low because - unlike innovation - Kaizen's principles of improvement and maintenance afford opportunity to backtrack when necessary. Kazien needs to be applied in personal lives and in business if it is to be most effective.
