Wisconsin unemployment dips, bucking national trend - by Bruce Tyson - Helium
More jobs mean less unemployment for workers in the state of Wisconsin. Statistics show that more than 16,000 jobs were created in the state, the highest number in more than a decade, driving the state unemployment total to 8.5 percent, a remarkable .3% decline over March’s numbers. Nationally, the unemployment rate continues to edge toward the 10% mark.
